Learn Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

A diagram that takes a giant project and slices it into tiny, manageable pieces.

What is Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

If a project is a giant pizza, the WBS is the “Pizza Cutter.” It takes one big, scary goal (like “Build a Website”) and breaks it down into smaller slices (like “Design Logo,” “Write Text,” and “Code Buttons”). By looking at the WBS, you can see every single “piece” of work that needs to happen so that nothing is forgotten and nobody gets overwhelmed.
