What is Ansoff Matrix
The Ansoff Matrix is a “Growth Compass” for business owners. When you want to grow, you usually have four choices: sell more of your current products to your current fans, create something brand new for your existing fans, take your current products to a totally new set of people, or start a completely new business from scratch. This matrix helps you visualize the risk of each move so you can decide if you want to play it safe or take a big swing at a new market.
