What is OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
Think of OKRs as a “Business GPS.” The Objective is your destination—it’s the big, inspiring goal you want to reach (like “Become the most loved coffee shop in town”). The Key Results are the milestones along the way that prove you are getting closer. These must be numbers, like “Get 500 five-star reviews” or “Sell 1,000 lattes this month.” By using OKRs, everyone in the company knows exactly where they are headed and has a clear way to measure if they are actually moving forward or just spinning their wheels.
