Learn Scrum Framework
A structured plan for teams to work together in short bursts to finish projects faster.
What is Scrum Framework
Think of Scrum like a “Sports Team’s Game Plan.” Instead of one long, confusing marathon, the team breaks the work into short “Sprints” (usually 2 weeks long). Every day, the team has a quick huddle called a “Daily Stand-up” to talk about what they did yesterday and what they’re doing today. At the end of the Sprint, they show off what they built. It’s a way to keep everyone focused, organized, and constantly crossing items off the to-do list.
