Learn BPMN
A universal set of symbols used to map out every step of a business process from start to finish.
What is BPMN
Think of BPMN as the “Sheet Music for Business.” Just as musicians all over the world can read the same notes to play a song, business people use BPMN to show exactly how a process works. It uses simple shapes—like circles for the “Start,” rectangles for “Tasks,” and diamonds for “Decisions”—to show how a piece of work moves through a company. It’s the best way to make sure everyone agrees on how a job should be done.
