Learn CMMN (Case Management Model and Notation)

A simple way to describe a feature based on who wants it and why it helps them.

What is CMMN (Case Management Model and Notation)

While BPMN is for processes that happen the same way every time (like an assembly line), CMMN is for “Brain Work.” Think of a doctor treating a patient: they don’t follow a rigid 1-2-3 list; they react based on what happens. CMMN is a map for these “Cases” where a human needs to make a judgment call. It tracks the different tasks that could happen and helps organize the chaos of unpredictable work.
