Learn BPMN

A universal set of symbols used to map out every step of a business process from start to finish.

What is BPMN

Think of BPMN as the « Sheet Music for Business. » Just as musicians all over the world can read the same notes to play a song, business people use BPMN to show exactly how a process works. It uses simple shapes—like circles for the « Start, » rectangles for « Tasks, » and diamonds for « Decisions »—to show how a piece of work moves through a company. It’s the best way to make sure everyone agrees on how a job should be done.
