What is SWOT Analysis
SWOT is like a “Business Mirror.” It stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. It helps you look “Inside” your company to see what you’re good at (Strengths) and where you struggle (Weaknesses), and “Outside” at the world to see where you can grow (Opportunities) and what might hurt you (Threats). It’s the fastest way to get a clear view of where you stand.
